Chief Executive Officer

Brandyn has successfully led Phoenix Stamping Group since 2001 and PHX Holdings since 2019. He has prior experience in the U.S. Army with various positions in the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment and the 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division. He has a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Chief People Officer

Lauren has over 10 years of experience in progressive Human Resources roles, serving as a management business partner to high performing teams. She joined Phoenix Stamping Group in 2012 and was instrumental in establishing the HR structure for the organization with a focus on upholding the “Customers First, Employees Always” culture. In this role, Lauren supports Maker communities by establishing a strategic direction for people management and development. Lauren is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi.

TIA JONES

Chief Improvement Officer

Tia joined PHX in October 2019, developing a Continuous Improvement Strategy grounded in her background from almost 10 years at GE. She has her Black Belt in Six Sigma and a passion to encourage others to drive change every day. The combination of following process Kaizen with hard work is the key to improving and inspiring change. She has a Master of Supply Chain Management from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.

DAVID SAVAGE

Chief Financial Officer

David joined PHX in March 2023. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in progressive finance roles within GE and IDEX. He has a long record of implementing financial processes and controls across organizations that drive efficiency and speed of reporting. This has allowed his teams to focus more on their organizational customers, making them better operating partners who are able to support the profitability and growth of an organization. David is a graduate of the Plant Finance Leadership Program at GE, greenbelt certified in Lean Six Sigma, and a champion of 80/20 principles. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
